– You can book our bike tours online.
– We will let you know via email within 24 hours of booking whether the tour is available on the date you requested.
– Payments are not required in advance; they can be made on site, prior to the tour.
– We accept payments through various payment methods, including cash.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
– You may cancel your reservation within the specified period free of charge, as stated on our website.
– Refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the specific tour and time of cancellation.
– Non-attendance at the reserved time of a bike tour without having indicated this will be charged 75% of the total amount.

3. Responsibility and Safety:
– You are expected to follow the safety instructions and guidelines of our guides during the tour.
– Our guides will work to ensure the safety of participants, but you are reminded that bicycle tours inherently involve risk.
– You are encouraged to wear appropriate safety equipment, such as helmets, provided by us.

4. Liability:
– Our company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or accidents resulting from participation in our bicycle tours unless due to negligence on our part.
– You are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
